I found the sessions we did with MAD on Clarity 4D really helpful. The honest and constructive feedback that was encouraged throughout the session on our communication styles will only help us work better as a team. I would recommend.

Good training session, informative, learning a lot regarding leadership and management. Learning the different styles of leadership was interesting.

The HR Consultant Training was very interesting and useful for my future development. It fully met my objectives for this session. I enjoyed the delegating part.

Good mix of material and exercises. Pairs is ok rather than group sessions go I was glad for that. I liked the practical work in pairs practicing skills. Now I will pay attention to listening to others, repeat back what I’ve understood to check (if critical).

Very relaxed, open and honest discussion. Definitely learnt a lot that I can take with me as I continue to develop within my career and as a Line Manager. The need for and importance of recording conversations and identifying can’t/won’t indicators and when to intervene was interesting.

Good introspection really helps engagement in the sessions. As a result, I will think more about other motivations and try and be more understanding. The questionnaire could be improved as it came back with some funny results.

Great session. Good balance of learning, practical and humour. All of it was useful. I learnt to self-reflect and work on people skills and risk taking thinking/innovation ideas. I want to take every training on offer!

Amanda prepared a great session and facilitated strong inward and outward reflection and discussion throughout the management team. The discussions around our team objectives and individual characteristics was interesting. I will now start to employ different leadership styles for different scenarios; understanding there isn’t good or bad but each has value at different times.
