Rachel has over 20 years experience helping senior teams and their CEOs build capability by driving engagement, fostering collabouration and inspiring people to achieve their full potential.
Providing a tailored mix of strategic planning, expert advice, 121 coaching or hands on training and support, she loves working alongside teams to enable them to map clear paths in talent by including apprentices, graduate schemes, mentoring, coaching and digital learning.
Rachel weekends and evenings are filled with designing shoes for stage and independent artists and playing Taxi to her daughters’ football and Mixed Martial Arts hobbies. To relax she likes to walk in the forest and play her saxophone, often with cake in her pocket, just in case!
