We engaged with MAD-HR over 12 months ago to assist us with a restructure and integration of multiple businesses into one, a huge challenge to any organisation but particularly an SME.
Working closely with Naomi, she has been able to blend both the strategic objectives with a pragmatic approach to identify and deliver key HR objectives appropriate for an organisation of our size.
Naomi has worked on delivery and implementation of HR processes and procedures along with managing operational HR challenges arising as a consequence of the level of change without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Whilst in the process of evaluating our HR function, MAD-HR were recommended to us by Pound Gates. When we met with Carole and Charlotte they were nothing short of professional – explaining how they liked to work and more importantly how they would work with us.
