Our Growth Continues: Welcome Michelle and Rachel

Hot on the heels of toasting our anniversary with the help of Olympic athlete Sally Gunnell, we’re excited to announce further growth at Team MAD-HR!

As a marker of continued client acquisition in recent months, we’re increasing the size of our client engagement and learning and development delivery team.

Joining this summer are Michelle Stott, as Head of Client Engagement & Marketing, and Rachel Mattia, as Head of Learning and Development.

Michelle Stott has an extensive background in working with commercial organisations of varying scale, from SME through to global operations. She has run and developed full-service marketing agencies, and is a specialist in client retention strategy and leading on customer experience.

She says: “It’s impossible not to admire what MAD-HR has achieved to date, and I’m really enjoying getting to learn more about where the business is at today, and what the next stage in the company’s journey is set to be.

“I feel really confident in my ability to call upon my substantial commercial and client-focused experience to bring further benefit and insight to our MAD-HR clients.”

Meanwhile, Rachel Mattia is a highly experienced specialist in learning and development, having spent the last 20 years working with a range of clients and sectors, providing an invaluable contribution to strategic planning, delivering 121 coaching and implementing corporate cultures focused on ongoing employee development.

She says: “MAD-HR has an incredible track record of understanding the needs of a business, becoming its trusted partner and expertly supporting them to evolve and grow in the direction of their greater goal.
