The Governance and Employment Risk Review is a more focused assessment of governance, director exposure, and readiness for the Employment Rights Act 2025. Many businesses start with an HR Audit and move into a Governance and Employment Risk Review as reforms take effect, or vice versa.

Great Discussions and Reflections Lead by Amanda's Training

Amanda prepared a great session and facilitated strong inward and outward reflection and discussion throughout the management team. The discussions around our team objectives and individual characteristics was interesting. I will now start to employ different leadership styles for different scenarios; understanding there isn’t good or bad but each has value at different times.
