We are proud to announce that we have been chosen as one of eight Ipswich & Suffolk Small Business Association (ISSBA) Members to be put under the Anglia Business Spotlight on 23rd November.
Myself (Carole Burman) along with the other 7 business owners, will all be interviewed about why we are here, how we got here and the bumps along the way! I’ll talk about some of the things I have dealt with in my role as HR consultant, what I struggle with and other interesting snippets of info! (well, I think they are).
We will all be interviewed by award winning broadcaster (BBC Radio Suffolk) Rachel Sloane and then there will be an open forum (the scary bit!).

“Clarity 4D”
“A few of us were concerned before the session that there might be an expectation placed on us to change our personalities. Our fears were, very much allayed by the way in which the session focused on how to leverage our existing differences in colour energies. Rachel is clearly an expert and as such this appeared to happen quite organically in the session with her guidance. The 4D clarity questionnaire appeared to give largely accurate results. Interesting and informative. It was useful to have everyone in a room speaking honestly, and the exercises very much facilitated that. ”
