MAD-HR help to raise over £1,600 for charity at the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce Prestige Dinner
We had a fabulous evening at the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce ‘Prestige Dinner’ last Thursday at Trinity Park, with keynote speaker and award-winning broadcaster, Ben Fogle.
In the spirit of our ethos of “Making a Difference”, we elected to make a donation to two local charities and invited the guests to add to our pot. Both charities play an integral part in improving the physical and mental wellbeing of Suffolk residents and offering support to those in need, which is why we wanted to give something back.
Guests were given the choice of how the overall pot should be distributed. When added to our own donation of £750 we raised in total £1,610 from the event which is to be divided equally between the Elmer Fund of St Elizabeth Hospice and ActivGardens which is a part of ActivLives.
Carole from MAD-HR stated: “We are delighted to join with the Suffolk Chamber to use the annual Prestige Dinner to support two local charities that have such a positive impact on the community. We are grateful to those attendees who added to our own donation to help make a difference.”
We would like to thank everyone who donated to the final amount. We will be visiting the charities over the next coming weeks to present them with their cheques. Another big thank you to the team at Suffolk Chamber of Commerce and Trinity Park for organising yet another fantastic event!

“A few of us were concerned before the session that there might be an expectation placed on us to change our personalities. Our fears were, very much allayed by the way in which the session focused on how to leverage our existing differences in colour energies. Rachel is clearly an expert and as such this appeared to happen quite organically in the session with her guidance. The 4D clarity questionnaire appeared to give largely accurate results. Interesting and informative. It was useful to have everyone in a room speaking honestly, and the exercises very much facilitated that.”
