MAD-HR wins Customer Excellence Award

We’re delighted to share that last night, at a black-tie event involving hundreds of our business peers from across the East of England, we were crowned winners of the Customer Excellence Award at the Suffolk Business Awards 2022. We were also recognised as a Finalist for the Small Business category.

For Charlotte and I, this accomplishment is a hugely proud and special moment, coming after a period of great growth and innovation here at MAD-HR.

In the last year alone, our team has grown to a total of 11 staff, and our reach has expanded even further, with designated service teams in Norfolk and Essex, as well as in Suffolk.

We want to take this timely opportunity to thank the judges and organisers who were involved in this year’s awards and to praise and applaud the entrepreneurial and dedicated businesses with whom we faced the final of this contest.

And of course, we very much want to thank all of our clients and associates for their support and kindness throughout our journey to date.

It is because of you, your feedback, and your unique experiences in the world of business, that we have been able to continually develop our operations and ensure we could be an award-winning East Anglian business with which you would be proud to be associated.

Finally, we take the opportunity to thank our wonderful colleagues. Each member of the MAD-HR team is so resolutely committed to helping our clients and to supporting them in their business journey.
