One Year On From Award Gold

Regardless of whether you’re about to be part of the ‘back-to-school frenzy’ that September represents for so many households, this time of year can certainly feel like a bit of a ‘reflect and resume’ opportunity.

For us, it’s a reminder of what an incredible 12 months we’ve experienced as a growing HR consultancy.

It was almost exactly one year ago that we were named the winner of the Customer Excellence accolade in the Suffolk Business Awards 2022.

It’s an honour we felt hugely privileged to secure, and one we’re absolutely not taking for granted in our ongoing journey.

At the time, judges said MAD-HR was a worthy winner and described us as “a niche business which provides very good support to SME businesses”, with an enthusiastic team who are “always there to provide their customers with an excellent service”.

They added that we have a “good strategy and very positive staff engagement and values”.

Reflecting on those comments, it is a reinforcement of our values about leading our clients by example and seeking to forever improve and update in accordance with the needs of our clients and their industries.

Throughout the last 12 months, and perhaps in no small part due to the award recognition, we’ve loved hearing from and providing advice to, so many of East Anglia’s businesses and voluntary sector organisations.
