Part of the HR Heroes training courses from MAD-HR, Managing Conduct and Performance will offer practical solutions for the workplace.

Due to the current situation, this workshop will be run as a webinar by one of the MAD-HR team, in a secure meeting setting.  Delegates will be given a password with their joining instructions.

About this Event

In the workplace wherever there are people there can be challenging behaviours and different levels of performance. Some are so extreme that hoping they would just change is not an effective strategy. This course will give delegates the skills and confidence to manage these people and situations effectively.
