MAD-HR didnât oversell to us â their approach was pragmatic and affordable. They recommended their online HR Toolkit which was a very effective solution for our HR needs. The HR Toolkit provides us with all the documentation we need for any HR issue, however, Carole, Charlotte and their team of HR experts are on hand to address any of our concerns, providing support over the phone or in-person should we need it.Â
For the size of our business we donât need an in-house HR function, just expert advice as and when we need it. The team at MAD-HR donât patronize or make our requests for help seem trivial. When we have had an HR issue, they have helped to confirm our thoughts and prevent potential problems from escalating. Â
