Amanda Redwin, MCIPD

Amanda has over 25 years of HR and business experience. She is particularly experienced in the employee relations arena but has worked across the full range of HR activities, challenging the status quo and developing and delivering initiatives to improve employee engagement, profitability and growth. Her approach is to establish strong relationships with clients and having run her own business she is particularly sensitive to the challenges faced by SME’s.

Her strengths lie in establishing and developing HR operations and experience in implementation of HR information systems to drive operational efficiencies.

Lucy is a highly experienced HR professional, having worked in both the public and private sectors. As well as HR Consultancy, she has worked in manufacturing, local government, financial services and the newspaper industry. Lucy has a wealth of experience in supporting managers with employee relations issues, delivering HR-related training and developing HR policies and procedures. She is passionate about client service and taking a pragmatic, commercially focused approach.
