Charlotte has worked as an HR Professional, Trainer and Coach for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in delivering transformational HR support to businesses of all shapes and sizes, whilst always working with honesty and integrity.

As an HR leader with over 20 years of experience across a variety of sectors, both in-house and as a consultant, Liz is passionate and committed to supporting businesses to achieve their objectives through aligning HR strategy and interventions to commercial needs with a people centred approach.
Sophie is a pragmatic and conscientious HR professional, with a wealth of experience in the private healthcare sector delivering best practice HR in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding and delivering efficiencies through effective HR systems. Sophie is passionate about employee engagement and building meaningful relationships with clients, enabling her to provide a first-class HR support service to deliver the goals of the business.
Lucy is a highly experienced HR professional, having worked in both the public and private sectors. As well as HR Consultancy, she has worked in manufacturing, local government, financial services and the newspaper industry. Lucy has a wealth of experience in supporting managers with employee relations issues, delivering HR-related training and developing HR policies and procedures. She is passionate about client service and taking a pragmatic, commercially focused approach. She enjoys building collaborative relationships with clients, working together to deliver successful outcomes for the business.
Joanne is a diligent and conscientious HR professional with 15 years in-house experience within the Financial Services, Retail and the Transport sectors, delivering best practice in all areas of HR including development of policies and procedures. Her strengths lie in establishing and developing HR operations and experience in implementation of HR information systems to drive operational efficiencies.
Amanda has over 25 years of HR and business experience. She is particularly experienced in the employee relations arena but has worked across the full range of HR activities, challenging the status quo and developing and delivering initiatives to improve employee engagement, profitability and growth. Her approach is to establish strong relationships with clients and having run her own business she is particularly sensitive to the challenges faced by SME’s.
Robyn is a HR Professional who has almost 10 years’ experience working in generalist HR roles within various sectors including Construction Education, Community Services and Social Housing. She is level 5 CIPD qualified, has a passion for empowering workplace wellbeing and is committed to delivering the best HR service possible by ensuring she understands the needs of her stakeholders, encouraging best practice and also ensuring she is continuously developing her own knowledge and skills.

Camille is an experienced L&D professional having been an HR Director and Organisational Development Consultant. She has over 30 years of experience working in the commercial, public and education sector. She has an excellent track record of developing talent, focusing on delivering positive outcomes for the individual and business.
