As well as HR Consultancy, she has worked in manufacturing, local government, financial services and the newspaper industry. Lucy has a wealth of experience in supporting managers with employee relations issues, delivering HR-related training and developing HR policies and procedures. She is passionate about client service and taking a pragmatic, commercially focused approach.
