This week, as we acknowledge International Women’s Day, we’re pleased to share the news that MAD-HR has signed Suffolk Chamber of Commerce’s Gender Equality Business Pledge.

A new initiative this year, the pledge is designed to evidence a commitment to gender equality in the workplace.

Alongside us, firms such as Kier, Muntons, East of England Co-op and Associated British Ports have all shown their commitment too.

Throughout our own business, and in the support and advisory we bring to our clients, we have always sought to ensure that employees should be able to achieve their full potential and that no barriers should stand in the way of attainment and opportunity.

We applaud Suffolk Chamber of Commerce for working hard to develop this significant pledge, and for reinforcing the message that a diverse workforce is undoubtedly best for all business, and for all individuals.

Having signed this pledge, we look forward to working collectively with businesses who share our mindset on gender equality, in celebrating diversity and talent throughout our region.
