We’ve only gone and done it again!

The MAD-HR team is proud and excited to share the news that we’ve once again been named a winner of the prestigious Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award.

This is the second year in a row we’ve been applauded in such a way, and it sees us honoured alongside those businesses who are considered ‘world-class’ for customer service.

Reviews and feedback from customers are analysed and the rating serves as an independent seal of excellence.

It’s certainly a great way to start the year for our team and comes just a few months after we were announced as the winner of the Customer Excellence category in the EDP Norfolk Business Awards.

MAD-HR Feefo Rating

Feefo presents Platinum Trusted Service Awards to companies who have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years.

To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 between 1st January 2022 and 31st December 2023.
