We’re once again preparing to dig out our best show-stopping award night attire – because we’ve made the shortlist!
Carole, Charlotte and the entire MAD-HR team are thrilled to share that we’ve been announced as one of the finalists in this year’s EDP Business Awards.
True to form, we’ve been selected in the Customer Excellence category, after a rigorous round of judging from some fabulous business personalities who truly understand the importance of customer care.
This is in fact the second year in a row that we’ve secured a finalist spot in this particular award category for the Norfolk area, and it comes after we scooped the winning prize for Suffolk in the same category in the EADT Business Awards in 2022.
We truly are so pleased that it’s this specific award class which sees us rise to the top and be highlighted from within the business community.

Well, because the focus of ‘customer excellence’ was one of the first scribbled keywords which Carole very first set down when she began developing a plan for her very own HR consultancy business.
It has become a golden thread for all that she and her growing East of England team provide.
Time and again, clients feedback about how delighted they are with the dedicated and considered service they receive.
And, as if it wasn’t enough just to hear such comments directly from our clients, we’ve also had it confirmed through the process of receiving a Feefo Platinum-rated accolade in the last 12 months.
Whatever the outcome at the awards event – which, in case you want to make a note for your diary, falls on Thursday 23rd November – we’re enormously proud and feel so grateful to keep spreading our client base so successfully across the region.
