Recognition comes in all sorts of forms for a business.

In our case, at MAD-HR, there’s something hugely validating about the calls, letters (yes, we still receive them!) and emails from satisfied clients wanting to tell us about the impact of our advice or support.

We also love receiving some great Feefo reviews too which helped us achieve our Gold Trusted Partner Award earlier this year.

In the last two weeks, however, we’ve had a very special piece of recognition to celebrate. We are officially shortlisted in the Customer Excellence category of the Suffolk Business Awards for 2021. To say we are thrilled is an understatement.

Of all the accolades we have received, this is one we feel so passionate about.

From the outset, MAD-HR has always been focused on wanting our customers to experience the very best journey with us – whether they’re a long-term retained client, or one who simply requires support with a small project.

Those judging the process so far have clearly recognised our commitment in this area, and we now stand in the mix with several other strong contenders from around the county.

The criteria for the Customer Excellence Award are:

Judges will be looking for a business which shows a clear focus and understanding of their customer’s needs. Evidence should be provided of customer-driven initiatives designed to raise service standards and increased customer satisfaction. The winner of this award will be a business that is able to demonstrate how they exemplify outstanding customer service, consistently delivered at the highest level, by a customer-focused individual or team.

We have ploughed a great deal of time into our client offering, and really focused hard on how technology and innovation might make that vital difference for our HR consultancy clients.

We’ve developed new creative solutions, made interaction even easier, and really honed the processes which we know take the pressure off businesses great and small.

It’s for those reasons we felt it was the right time to submit the story of our work as part of the external judging process, and now to reach this latter stage in the awards is a wonderful acknowledgement of the effort and energy our team put into MAD-HR on a daily basis.

We’re still a couple of weeks away from the awards evening – this takes place on Thursday 18th November at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall – however, in the meantime, we would like to say a huge thank you to all of those who have supported our journey to date.

We’ll keep you posted!
